Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message.

3. Production Time

Our wigs are handmade; therefore, production time varies by style.
Standard production timeline ranges from 5–14 working days, unless stated otherwise.
Rush orders (if offered) may attract an additional fee.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on your location and your preferred shipping method.
EvesGlamHair is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of wigs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

This also applies to:

Last-minute cancellations
Wrong head measurements supplied by the customer
Change of mind after the wig has been started or completed

Please ensure you confirm your order details carefully before checkout.

6. Custom Orders

All custom wig orders require accurate measurements and clear style descriptions.
EvesGlamHair will work based on the information you provide.
Any changes requested after production has started may attract additional costs and may not always be possible.

7. Product Care

We provide care instructions for maintaining your wig.
EvesGlamHair is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, coloring, cutting, or styling performed outside our store.

8. Color, Texture & Length Disclaimer

Actual colors may vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and natural hair variations.
Hair textures may have slight differences as they are sourced from real donors (if applicable).
Length may appear differently depending on styling, curl pattern, or stretch.
