At EvesGlamHair, every wig is handcrafted with care and made specifically for each customer. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we operate a strict return and exchange policy to ensure quality, safety, and fairness.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any wigs, closures, frontals, or custom-made orders.

This includes situations such as:

• Change of mind
• Wrong measurements provided by the customer
• Incorrect style or color chosen
• Wig not fitting due to inaccurate customer details
• Customer no longer wanting the item

All sales are final once an order is placed.

2. No Refund Policy

Payments made to EvesGlamHair are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Cancellations after an order has been confirmed
• Last-minute cancellations
• Delays caused by couriers or external logistics
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

Please be sure of your order before completing your purchase.

3. Order Cancellations

Because our wigs are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Defective or Wrong Item Delivered

In the rare event you receive:

• A damaged item
• An incorrect product

You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

• A clear photo/video of the issue
• Your order number

We will review the claim and take appropriate action. If the mistake is from our end, we will correct it.

5. Adjustments

If your wig needs minor adjustments (tightening, restyling, etc.), this may be provided as a paid service depending on the situation.

Shipping costs for adjustments are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Hair Quality Disclaimer

• Slight variations in color, texture, or density are normal with handmade and human hair products.
• Wig appearance may vary based on styling, lighting, and screen settings.
• These do not qualify for returns or refunds.
